Join us for our regular Repair Café sessions at Quay Arts. Our skilled volunteers are ready to help you fix your broken items and teach you repair skills along the way.

What we repair: Electrical appliances, electronics, clothing, furniture, bicycles, and more.
Cost: Free (donations welcome)
Booking: Not essential, but it helps us bring the right tools. We'll try to fit in walk-ins on the day.

Ventnor Exchange Repair Café

Join us for our Repair Café sessions at Ventnor Exchange. Our friendly volunteers are on hand to help you repair broken items and share useful skills along the way.

What we repair: Electrical appliances, electronics, clothing, furniture, bicycles, and more.

What to Expect
When you arrive at a Repair Café event, you'll be welcomed by our team. You'll work alongside a volunteer repairer who will help you fix your item. This is a collaborative process - you'll learn repair skills while getting your item fixed!
We're also happy to give advice on items, even if you're not asking us to repair them. Whether you need help identifying a problem, finding the right spare part, or understanding how something works, our volunteers are here to help!
Please note that we cannot guarantee every item can be fixed, but we'll do our best. We don't do complex repairs - we don't have time for complex repairs, and it's not fair on businesses that do. We focus on simpler repairs that can be completed during our sessions. We don't carry spare parts - if a spare part is needed, you'll need to order it yourself. We'll help ensure you get the right part. Some items may also require professional repair services.
